Will the MNO own the TNS site and therefore then be responsible for its service for next 20 years?

The service model also differs between Acquisition, Design and Build (ADB) and Managed Solution (MS). The ADB framework will not contain the services for Operations and Maintenance while MS will and hence span over the full 20 years.  Full details of each are available in the respective ITT documents with an overview to be shared by email and at srn.org.uk.
